We didn't start in a boardroom. We started in living rooms — folding napkins for cousins' weddings, lighting candles before quinceañeras. The studio is grown-up now, but the heart is the same.
What began as a sister helping a sister set tables for a family wedding became, year by year, a name passed quietly between friends. The first paying client called us because she'd seen photos of our cousin's reception. The second one called because of the first.
Eleven years later, we've styled weddings under chandeliers in downtown Indianapolis, milestone birthdays on private waterfronts, and corporate galas that needed to feel anything but corporate. We still answer the phone the same way.
We don't have a "Chevmic style" to push on you. We listen until your wedding feels like yours — your colors, your textures, your music, your inside jokes pressed into the place cards.
Our job is to disappear. By the time you walk in, the linens are pressed, the candles are lit, and nothing in the room is loud enough to compete with the people standing in it.
Every piece is placed by a member of the family. We don't drop and run — we stay until the room feels right.
The decor should never out-talk the moment. We design beauty that lets the people in the room be the loudest thing in it.
What we say on the consult call is what we deliver on the day. Pricing, timing, design — no surprises, ever.
We start with coffee (virtual or in-studio) and a conversation about the moment you're planning.
You'll receive a custom mood board, color story, and a transparent proposal — no boilerplate.
We sample linens, swap florals, dial in lighting. Two rounds of revisions are always included.
We arrive early, stay late, and leave the venue cleaner than we found it.
